Woman suffering from medical emergency crashed into funeral home before turning back into roadway

KIRBYVILLE, TX - On Friday, April 4th at 3:30 pm, a 58-year-old Kirbyville woman suffered a medical emergency while driving through Kirbyville.

According to the report, the woman, whose name will not be released, was driving Northbound on S. Margaret St. in Kirbyville. She was driving a 2008 Nissan Versa when she unexpectedly veered to the left, crossing the center lane, entering incoming southbound traffic, and struck the side of the Adams E. E. Stringer Funeral Home before coming to a stop in the roadway.
She was transported to Jasper Memorial Hospital via Allegiance Ambulance Service while her car was towed by Patrick's Wrecker Service.
There were no injuries reported from the crash. Her condition is unknown.
