Weather Impact Alert Tonight and Thursday Morning due to patchy freezing fog, very cold temperatures and a few slick spots on bridges and overpasses. Low temperatures will dip into the upper teens to lower 20s in the Triangle to the lower 20s in the Lakes Area.
Thursday afternoon, mostly sunny skies are forecast with highs in the middle 40s.
Another hard freeze is forecast Thursday Night and Friday Morning with lows in the lower to middle 20s.
By Saturday, high temperatures will climb into the middle 50s as the clouds increase over the area.
Numerous showers are forecast Sunday and Sunday Night with lows in the 50s and highs in 60s.
A cold front Monday Morning will result lows returning into the 40s and highs in the lower 60s Tuesday.
Warmer weather is forecast Wednesday with highs near 70 and scattered showers.
