Tyler County has a new Cascade System that will benefit all Tyler County VFD's
In a press release below, Tyler County Emergency Management thanked the community for their help.
Tyler County Emergency Management would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Tyler County Commissioner’s Court and the amazing Tyler County Citizens for their support in helping us acquire a new Cascade System that will benefit all Tyler County Fire Departments.
A special shoutout to Alan Gartner, Chief of the Woodville Fire Department, for his dedication and hard work in researching and spearheading this vital project!
This new Cascade System will allow our local fire departments to efficiently refill Self-Contained Breathing Apparatuses (SCBAs), ensuring our firefighters have the necessary equipment to safely battle fires and protect our community.
The Cascade System is being funded through electrical permit fees collected here in Tyler County, making this a great example of how local resources are reinvested to enhance public safety.
Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this possible – together, we are making Tyler County safer for all!
