Tyler County, CID, US Marshalls Service arrest four and confiscated weapons including live grenade and drugs

On April 9th, 2025, the Tyler County Sheriff's Office, Tyler County District Attorney's Office Criminal Investigator, TX DPS CID Special Agents (SA) assigned to the Beaumont office and the U.S. Marshals Service executed four arrest warrants for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Michael Dewayne Adams (B/M DOB: 08/12/1975) of Woodville, James Lewis Foster (B/M DOB: 01/24/1945) and Victor Jermaine Williams (B/M DOB: 12/21/1981) both of Hillister, and Billy Bo Walker (W/M DOB: 01/14/1973) of Warren were arrested without incident.


The warrants were obtained and executed for the individuals deriving from multiple ongoing narcotics investigations throughout Tyler County. During the operation, one search warrant was obtained and executed for a residential search while a written/verbal consent was given for another.

Results from these searches was approximately 21.9 grams of powder cocaine, 43.2 grams of crack cocaine, approx. 60-2mg Alprazolam pills, 5 grams of methamphetamine, 1.6 ounces of synthetic marijuana, a .22 Savage rifle, a stolen.22 Marlin rifle, and a ledger documenting suspected narcotics sales.


ATF was contacted for assistance to take custody of a hand grenade that was found to have an active primer inside.


Adams and Walker will face additional charges for the narcotics and weapons located inside the residences.
