AUSTIN – To learn more about the transit service needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is hosting a series of virtual workshops.

Access to quality transit is vital to the lives of many people across Texas, including in the Beaumont area. For many, transit is their only connection to healthcare, jobs, family members and even grocery shopping.

TxDOT is hosting a series of workshops in December and January to hear from communities, organizations and riders about their public transit needs.
