Two 18-wheelers crash sending both drivers to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries
ROGANVILLE, TX- Early Monday morning at approximately 5:50 am, on Hwy 96 near Roganville, an accident between two 18-wheelers had traffic at a standstill for a while.
The Department of Public Safety Media Sergeant Shana Clark said, 'The preliminary crash investigation indicates that at approximately 5:50 a.m., a Mack truck tractor semi-trailer tanker pulled from a private drive and was traveling north in the outside lane. It is report that a Freightliner was traveling north in the outside lane and struck the rear of the Mack."
The driver of the Mack, identified as 66-year-old Billy Ray Mcginty of North Zulch, was transported to Jasper Memorial Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
