Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Department Announces New Officers for 2025


The Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Department (VFD) is proud to announce the appointment of its new leadership team for 2025, a group dedicated to serving and protecting the community with integrity and commitment.


**Chief – Joe Morgan (Unit 61)**

Taking the helm as Chief, Joe Morgan is known for his years of service and leadership within the department. His dedication and vast experience in emergency services will continue to guide the department towards greater success in 2025.


**Assistant Chief – Kevin Regalado (Unit 62)**

Serving as Assistant Chief, Kevin Regalado brings valuable experience and expertise to the team. His leadership skills and knowledge of fire operations make him a key asset to the department.


**2nd Assistant Chief – Allen Singletary (Unit 63)**

Allen Singletary, appointed as 2nd Assistant Chief, is committed to supporting the department’s operational strategies. His experience in the field positions him well to assist in the smooth running of day-to-day activities.


**Training Chief – Brent Scoggins (Unit 64)**

As Training Chief, Brent Scoggins will be responsible for ensuring that all members receive top-tier training and are prepared for any situation. His emphasis on safety and preparedness will benefit the entire department.


**Maintenance Chief – Lance Dyson (Unit 65)**

Lance Dyson has been appointed as Maintenance Chief, where he will oversee the upkeep and readiness of all department equipment and vehicles. His technical expertise will ensure that all resources are available when needed most.


**Secretary/Treasurer – Heather Regalado (Unit 68)**

As the new Secretary/Treasurer, Heather Regalado will manage the department’s records and finances, ensuring transparency and efficiency. Her organizational skills and attention to detail will be invaluable in these important roles.


**Captain – William Barrow (Unit 71)**

Captain Will Barrow brings a wealth of experience to his role, where he will oversee daily operations, lead responses, and manage personnel. His leadership on the ground will contribute to the department’s success in meeting the needs of the community.


**Chaplain – Greg Morgan (Unit 67)**

As Chaplain, Greg Morgan will provide spiritual support and guidance to the department, offering emotional and moral support to first responders and their families. His leadership in this role will ensure the well-being of the team in all aspects.


**Public Relations – Paul Rutledge (Unit 70)**

Paul Rutledge has been named to head Public Relations, where he will ensure that the department’s communications with the public are strong and effective. His ability to engage the community will be essential in promoting the department’s initiatives and events.


Together, this dedicated team of leaders is poised to continue the Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Department’s long-standing tradition of excellence in service, training, and community engagement. With a focus on safety, preparedness, and the welfare of both members and residents, the department looks forward to a successful year ahead under this strong leadership team.
