Tommy McNeely Obituary

Tommy Ray McNeely, Sr, 63, of Fred, Texas, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2024, at his residence. 

Visitation will be Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 6-9 p.m. in the Riley Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville.  Graveside services will be 10 a.m., Friday, April 5, 2024, at Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred. 

Officiating will be Brother Larry Delcambre. Serving as pallbearers will be Devin Groze, Gage Hinson, Nick Overbey, Charlie Gordon, Joe Smith, Shane Moses and Trotter Moses.  Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Herschel Finley and Brandon Tanton. 

Tommy was born in Kountze, Texas to James and Inez McNeely on January 11, 1961. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Buck and Inez McNeely; brother, Toonie McNeely; and by sister in law, Lynda McNeely. 

He is survived by his son, Tommy McNeely, Jr., and wife Bianca of Fred, Texas; sisters, Sharon Bryan of Silsbee, Texas, and Linda Guillot and husband, Jimmy, of Orange, Texas; 13 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and special pup-pup, Tiney. 

Services are under the direction of Riley Funeral Home in Woodville, Texas.
