Teamwork Results in Recovered Property and Apprehension of Armed Robbery Suspects
On Wednesday, September 6th, the Jasper County Sheriff's Office along with the Jasper Police Department and Newton Police Department assisted the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office with a search warrant in Kirbyville. The search stemmed from an Aggravated Robbery that occurred at the Vape and More Store on FM 92 in Silsbee on August 31st.
Evidence was collected and Jasper County Deputies were able to identify the two unknown suspects in the case. As of this release, three juveniles have been taken into custody in Hardin County. The Hardin County robbery could have connections with other burglaries in Jasper and Newton city limits.
