Small Taxing Unit Notice

The Emergency Services District #2 will hold a meeting at 7:30 PM on September 16,

2024, at the Trout Creek Volunteer Fire Department to consider adopting a proposed

tax rate for tax year 2024. The proposed tax rate is $0.060000 per $100 of value.

The proposed tax rate would increase total taxes in ESD #2 by 14.57%.

The 86th Texas Legislature modified the manner in which the voter-approval tax rate
