Silsbee ISD teacher has resigned following allegations, however no criminal misconduct has been found

A Silsbee ISD teacher has resigned following allegations of misconduct with a student. It has been determined that there was no criminal misconduct, however ethical standards and district policies and procedures governing electronic communication between employees and students were violated.
