Preliminary autopsy results are in regarding the 3-year-old boy who drowned in a bath tub on August 18th at Park Apartments in Jasper.

Jasper Police Lieutenant Garret Foster said in a statement that the only really significant mention of a possible cause of death in the autopsy report was that the boy had 'foggy brain' but could be explained by a high fever.

According to Foster, the investigation is still open, but without a specific cause of death it would be difficult to move forward.
