He loved his time serving in the Masonic Lodge and Shriner’s. He received his Master Mason in 1978 and his Nobles of Mystic Shrine in 1979. Bob held multiple positions in his 40 years with the Mason’s. While doing this Bob also participated with the Shriner’s riding the mini cycles in numerous parades for several years.

Some of Bob’s special interests with family and friends were fishing, hunting, cook-outs, family gatherings, traveling with Judy and of course Sunday football by rooting for his favorite team ….. the Dallas Cowboys.

During Bob’s golden years he enjoyed his quiet time … doing puzzles and playing rummy with family and friends. He loved watching Westerns, listening to the radio while he rocked on the front porch with a glass of wine.

As his children and grandchildren can attest to, he was a strict disciplinarian, but what amazing and valued life lessons they learned.

Although Bob will be missed, he will live in our hearts forever. He and Judy are together again in Heaven.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Neolin Keffer; wife, Judy Keffer; and a sister, Betty Keffer Farrell.
