Obituary of Ken Hugh McKinley, Jr. February 21, 1969 - December 8, 2024

Ken Hugh McKinley, Jr., 55, of Buna died Sunday, December 8, 2024 in Buna.

Funeral service will be 11:00 am Saturday, Dec. 14, at Genesis Baptist Church in Buna with burial at Antioch Cemetery under the direction of Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Buna. Visitation will begin at 10 am Saturday prior to service.

Ken was born Feb, 21, 1969 to Ken McKinley, Sr. and Carol Crabtree Olexa and was a pipefitter at Exxon Mobil.

He is survived by his wife, Amber McKinley of Buna; sons, Colton Havard and Jacee of Kirbyville; Kyle McKinley of Buna and Koby McKinley of Buna; father, Ken McKinley, Sr. of College Station; brothers, Chris Olexa of Lumberton and Thad McKinley of College Station; sister, Tasha McKinley of College Station; and 2 grandchildren, Trevor Williams and Kailee Havard.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Carol Olexa.
