Obituary of Bobby Glen "Bob" Elliott December 12, 1949 - February 25, 2025

Bobby Glen “Bob” Elliott, 75, of Warren, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025 beginning at 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. funeral service at Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home in Woodville, Texas.

Bob was born December 12, 1949 to James Reagan Sr. and Alma Dove Elliott in Beaumont, Texas. A longtime resident of Warren, he had attended Warren High School. Bob was a “Jack of All trades” and had held a variety of jobs. He worked in the oilfields, was a truck driver, and at the time of his death had been working as a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, but he especially loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Reagan “Jett” and Alma Elliott; son, Windom Levi Elliott; son-in-law, Neal Simonis; brothers, Dean Elliott, James Elliott, and Darrell John Elliott.

He is survived by his daughter, Sandy Simonis of Village Mills; son, Bobby Joe Elliott of Warren; stepson, Jimmy “Bubba” Dale of Big Sandy; sister, Jean Elliott Clow of Boerne; brothers, Charles Edward Elliott and wife Sandy of Johnson City, TN and Bill Elliott of Beaumont; granddaughters, Nikki Ann Marsh and Carley Elliott; grandsons, Nicholas Elliott and Gabin Elliott; numerous other family and friends.

Services are under the direction of Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home in Woodville, Texas.
