Norma Laverne Brown August 27, 1943 - July 20, 2024

Norma Laverne Brown , 80 of Call, Texas passed away Saturday, July 20, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.

Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville with burial at Kirbyville Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Laverne was born August 27, 1943 in Kirbyville to Audra and Wilson Day and was a lifelong resident of Kirbyville area.

Survivors include her children, Jimmy Brown and Lisa; Debbie Sweeney and Randel; William Odell Brown and Tina; Lee Brown and Cindy; and Penny Jones and John all of Kirbyville; brothers, Willard Day and Kim of Spurger; and Benny Day of Call.

She was preceded in death by parents; and her husband Vernon Brown.
