A two-vehicle collision Saturday, didn’t injure either party, but one person was cited

A two-vehicle accident happened Saturday afternoon, on FM 363 between Kirbyville and Bleakwood at the intersection of County Road 3061.
The Texas Department of Public Safety Media Sgt. Shana Clark said, “At approximately 1:45 p.m., a 2013 Ram pickup towing a trailer was traveling west and was followed by a 2003 Chevrolet pickup on F.M. 363. It is reported that the Ram slowed to make a right turn onto C.R. 3061 when the driver of the Chevrolet failed to control his speed and struck the rear of the trailer.”
The driver of the Ram pickup, identified as 64-year-old Leo Miller Jr. of Kirbyville, was not injured.
The driver of the Chevrolet pickup, identified as 35-year-old James Marshall Jr. of Call, was also not injured. Marshall was cited for failing to control his speed and failing to maintain financial responsibility.
