Multi-vehicle accident last night on Hwy 190 West of Jasper
At 8:08 pm Beech Grove Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to a multi-vehicle accident in the 6000 block of US Highway 190, which is approximately 6 miles west of Jasper.
Arriving units found that a collision had occurred between two trucks, one of which was pulling a trailer. All vehicles came to rest out of the main travel lanes however significant damage occurred to each.
The drivers/occupants of all vehicles were assessed. There were no reported injuries.
The accident was investigated by Texas Department of Public Safety - Southeast Texas Region. We have reached out to DPS and will update our readers once more information has been made available.
All vehicles were towed from the scene by Jasper Xxon Towing And Recovery.
Beech Grove VFD responded with Engine 11, Tanker 11, and 12 firefighters. They were assisted by two firefighters from the Tri-Community Volunteer Fire Dept.
