Maps released representing proposed expansion of the Big Thicket boundaries
Recently there has been talk of expanding the boundaries of the Big Thicket. Some like the idea, others are hoping it doesn't come to fruition.

Below are maps representing the proposed expansion boundaries. Two are from the Nature Conservancy and one was created with an overlay of county roadways and communities inside and adjacent to the proposed expansion area.
