Lots of clean-up work being done in Kirbyville lately

David Littlefield of Littlefield Dozer and Josh Hancock of Kirbyville PD, have been working hard this past week cleaning up some lots and some burned out houses that had become an eye sore in our community.

Kirbyville Mayor Frank George has received some criticism in the past regarding abandoned and derelict properties, but they are getting taken care of one by one., it just takes time.

One such location is across the street from the old Kirbyville Banner building. That residence was a rental property that burned last year. Littlefield and Hancock took care of this property as well as others on Elizabeth Street and Doyle Bean Street.
