Log truck tire seriously damaged car

Lake Rayburn Volunteer Fire Department responded to a call regarding a log that went through the windshield of a vehicle around noon Friday in Brookeland.

Once firemen arrived they determined that the damage was not from a log, but actually a log truck tire came apart and struck the vehicle.

There were no injuries.
