Kirbyville PD captured a wanted fugitive on aggravated robbery charges out of Nacogdoches

Kirbyville Police Officer, Ashley Arce pulled over a vehicle in Kirbyville for a traffic violation. She ran the information on the driver who did not have anything on her record, but did receive a citation for speeding: 61 in a 45. Arce said that she also cited the passenger for drug paraphernalia, but said she didn't run his name because he was a passenger.

Shortly after the stop, Arce said that she received a tip via phone, that the passenger had a felony aggravated robbery warrant out of Nacogdoches.

Thursday morning, Kirbyville PD served the felony warrant on the man identified as 22-year-old Isaiah Hartsfield on Ivory Joe Hunter Street in Kirbyville. Arce said, "The felony warrant service went down without anyone getting hurt." Arce added, "He had cameras outside his house (so we feel like) he was watching for us."

According to records, Hartsfield was arrested last year in Nacogdoches for an armed robbery charge, but it is currently unknown if this is from the same charge or an additional charge.
