Judith Dianne Adams Clark left this world of pain and walked into the light to be with her Lord and Savior on August 15, 2024. She is now dancing and singing with her relatives in Heaven. What a joyous occasion this was for her, no more pain or suffering.
Judith Dianne Clark was born to Jim and Medelle Adams in Jasper, TX on March 12, 1948. She grew up in the little community of Holly Springs and was a lifelong member of Holly Springs Baptist Church.
Judy had one brother, Jim Robert Adams, Jr whom she admired while growing up. She would make him take her everywhere he went, even though he was 5 years older. Jim Robert and his wife, Pat reside in Pineville, Louisiana.
Judy attended Jasper schools and met the love of her life at the Jasper skating rink. They were married on March 10, 1965, and celebrated 53 years together before his death. Judy loved to play the piano and organ at church, she loved singing and being with family and friends. She was the pianist at several churches they attended over the years. She loved to be in the garden, talking to her plants and had such a green thumb. She loved the Lord and rejoicing in his name and was such a sweet and loving woman.
Judy worked several jobs but her first love was being homemaker to her husband and 3 children. She quit working when the kids became teenagers to stay home and be present for them.
Tommie and Judy would have 3 daughters, Melissa Dianne Castillo married to Tony of Woodville, TX; Stephanie Anne Tarpley married to Jeff of Kaufman, TX and Stacy Lynn Cox married to Darnise of Nacogdoches, TX. She has eight grandchildren Hope, Mikel, Nathan, Dustin, Madison, Garrett, Mattie and Ashton, and eight great grandchildren Cameron, Katie, Lucas, Kayden, Ryan, Ellie, Emmett and Joseph. Judy would develop such a wonderful relationship with all her grandkids and great grandkids. She has two nieces, Lisa and Heather, and one nephew Shane, and many other beloved first cousins and special relatives whom she loved dearly and was close to.
She was preceded in death by Tommie in 2018, her parents Jim and Medelle and 3 grandchildren, Allen, Jordan and Hunter.
The family would like to thank Hospice Plus of Terrell, TX for all their love and care during the last few months of Judy’s life.
