Jasper VFW Post 6380 delivered much needed items to North Carolina Hurricane victims

Jasper VFW Post 6380, delivered a trailer load of sweat shirts, blankets, cots, tents, and cleaning supplies from New Step Outreach in Deridder, LA. yesterday.

James Rundberg, Commander of Jasper VFW Post 6380 said that his group gathered necessary items and transported them along with other donations from Golden Nugget Casino which donated sleeping cots, and Pat Sewell with Southland Airfield who donated sweatshirts. Plus other local organizations and individuals that donated items which were taken to Tackle Rock VFW 5362 in Morganton, NC.

Items were collected and given to those still recovering from Hurricane Helena.
