Jasper Hospital District gives an update on the new clinic

Starting Tuesday, September 3rd at 8am….Total Care at the Lake will be open and seeing patients! Clinic location is 2427 Sam Rayburn Parkway, also known as RR 255.

The provider is Terri Cheeley, PA-C who will begin seeing patients on Tuesday.

Nina Martindale, FNP will be in clinic starting November 1st.

The Primary Care Pavilion clinic is currently being remodeled with a projected opening date of mid-September. Clinic location is 227 East Milam Street in Jasper.

The provider is Dr. Richard Pham. An additional practitioner will be added soon.
