Jasper County Law Enforcement honored today by Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas

Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas - 833Tips. com honored Jasper County Law Enforcement at their annual Back the Blue Brunch today.

Sheriff Newman who unfortunately wasn't able to attend, was honored for his 25 years of service to the people of Jasper County as he approaches retirement. Members of his staff accepted the award on his behalf.

Captain Jason McClelland was also honored for his continued service above and beyond the call of duty.
