Jasper County Deputy makes Felony Drug Possession Arrest in Call Friday Night
On January 17th, at approximately 8:40 PM, a Jasper County Sheriff’s Deputy was patrolling the area of Hwy. 1013 and Hwy 82 in Jasper County. The deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration.
During his investigation, the deputy had reasonable suspicion to believe criminal activity was present. A search was conducted on the driver and vehicle.
It was discovered that the person was in possession of drug paraphernalia and a clear crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamines. The suspect was identified as Charles Bolling White, 64 of Call. White was arrested and brought to the Jasper County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance (SJF).
