Jasper County Deputies capture wanted man
A large police presence on Bon Ami Road near Kirbyville at around 9 am this morning has netted the arrest of a wanted man.
In a press release Jasper County Media Relations Deputy Karli Cherry said, "This morning, the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office went to a residence located off County
Road 451 in Kirbyville, also known as Bon Ami Road in reference to a fugitive located in
the residence."
Cherry continued, "Upon arrival, deputies were able to take 48-year-old Diedric Gonzales of Kirbyville, into custody without incident and he was transported to the Jasper County Jail. Gonzalez had several outstanding warrants out of our agency, which will be provided after formal
booking."
