We are in the middle of the Christmas season and this year has

flown by! Everyone is out doing their shopping and preparing to

spend time with family in the coming weeks.

While it is a season of celebrations, the thieves will be out in

full force. During this time, we want to remind citizens not to

post photos of their presents on social media, and to keep their

belongings secured. Camera systems are a good deterrent, but

also an investigative tool in any theft.

We are working to fill all the Blue Santa applications for this

year. We had such a good turnout of donations this year and are

thankful to everyone who makes this program successful.

We recently completed our jail audit and passed all standards.

We are always working to improve and ensure that we strive for

excellence in all we do to serve the citizens of Jasper County.
