Jasper County Sheriff’s Office captures wanted fugitive from 2019 Indecency with a Child-Felony Warrant
On January 15th, 2025, at approximately 5:10 p.m., the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office was notified regarding an individual wanted for Indecency with a Child-Sexual Contact (F2). The warrant was from 2019. Jasper County Sheriff Deputies, along with a member of the United States Marshal Task Force converged on the location and took the individual into custody. The individual was identified as Robert Mitchel Phillips, 58, of Roganville. Phillips was brought to the Jasper County Jail.
