Indoor fire sent vacant house in Woodville up in flames
Woodville Volunteer Fire Chief Alan Gartner said that yesterday morning a vacant house located on Scott Street in Woodville went up in flames.
Gartner added that there were no utilities on in the house, but they determined the fire to be 'personal error'. Gartner said, "Someone was living in the house and brought a fire pit inside to try to stay warm." The fire pit caused the blaze, but thankfully no one was injured.

It is unknown if the person who was staying in the home had permission to live there, or if they were homeless.
