General Federation of Women's Club host a National Day of Service

The General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC) – Texas is having a National Day of Service on Saturday, September 28, 2024. The Kirbyville Woman’s Civic Club will host this event at the Kirbyville Community House at 304 S Elizabeth next to the Public Library. We will have a Blood Drive and Food Drive from 9am to 4pm. 

LifeShare will be there taking blood and checking glucose levels. Faith Home Health and Infusions will be taking vitals and will answer questions about healthcare options. Harbor Home Health, Avalon Place and Casitas de Manuel Private Care Services will be available to answer questions about their facilities also. 

We will be out over the weekend putting flyers out in businesses. These flyers have a QR code on them so you may sign up prior to the 28th. You will also receive a shirt from LifeShare for donating blood. The other businesses may have items to hand out also.
