On Monday, January 13, at approximately 9:37 p.m., the Bridge City Police Department received a 911 call about a two-vehicle crash in the 1300 block of FM 1442 otherwise known as West Roundbunch.
When Officers arrived on scene, there was a dark colored 2025 Tesla 4-door passenger car in the south ditch. The driver of the Tesla was identified as 38-year-old white male, Ross Sellers out of Orange. Mr. Sellers was transported to St. Elizabeth emergency room for non-life-threatening injuries.

Bridge City Assistant Chief R.D. Bergeron said that both the driver of the Tesla and driver of the Ford F-150 were traveling east on FM 1442. "The driver of the Ford F-150 struck the rear of the Tesla causing both vehicles to leave the road. When the Ford F-150 left the road and entered the north ditch, the front portion of the vehicle struck a concrete culvert".
