Former Evadale Coach has received 40 years for child sexual assault
As we previously reported, Adam Dale Isaacks of Silsbee, a former Evadale Little League coach and president was facing a total of 15 counts of sex crimes against children. He plead guilty to 4 of 7 counts of Transportation of Minors in Interstate Commerce for Purposes of Sexual Conduct in June of last year. He admitted to transporting children across state lines to Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Florida and Oklahoma. He was facing up to life in prison.
Today, Isaacks went before District Judge Marcia A. Crone at the Jack Brooks Federal Building in Beaumont for sentencing where he was given 40 years in Federal Prison. Isaacks will serve at least 90% of his sentence before being eligible for parole. After serving his sentence, Isaacks will have to register as a sex offender.
Isaacks still faces state charges in Jasper County.
