Etheleen Holmes Obituary 1/21/48 - 5/21/24

Etheleen Holmes, 76, of Kirbyville died Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at Harbor Hospice in Jasper.

Funeral service will be 10:00 am Friday, May 24, at Adams EE Stringer Funeral Home in Kirbyville with burial at Magnolia Springs Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.

Etheleen was born Jan. 21, 1948 in Kirbyville to Travis Hall and Pauline (Everage) Hall, and was retired from Jasper-Newton Electric Cooperative.  

She is survived by her husband, Eddie Holmes of Kirbyville; son, Travis Holmes of Kirbyville; daughter, Theresa Harper and Ronnie of Vidor; brother, Richard Kirbow, Sr. and Janice of Kirbyville; 2 grandchildren, Tori McClelland and Matthew;  and Paul Harper; 5 great grandchildren, Jaren Gill; Palyn McClelland; Gentry McClelland; Kennedi McClelland and Rebecca Harper; and a special nephew, Richard Kirbow, Jr.
