Updated: Early morning RV accident at Bishop Creek
At 1:42 this morning East End Volunteer Fire Department was called to an area on HWY 63 E at Bishop Creek near County Road 276 for an RV wreck.
Upon arrival, units found a Class A RV had left the roadway and crashed in the woodline with the front of the RV resting on the concrete culvert.
DPS Media Sergeant Shana Clark said, "At approximately 1:39 a.m., a 2002 Winnebago motorhome was traveling east. It is reported that the driver, 43-year-old James Roberts of Grayson La. became fatigued and drove the motorhome off the road into the south ditch into a drainage culvert.
There were no injuries reported.
Hatch’s towing company arrived on the scene and went to work to retrieve the motor home with their heavy equipment.
