Driver in Buna stopped for school bus was rear-ended. Three sent to area hospitals
The Texas Department of Public Safety investigated a crash on U.S. Highway 96 in Buna that occurred yesterday afternoon.
DPS Media Sergeant Shana Clark said, "The preliminary crash investigation indicates that at approximately 4:05 p.m., a Ford F-350 was traveling north, stopped for a school bus and was rear ended by a Dodge Ram".
The driver of the Ford, identified as 44-year-old Jeffrey Seegers of Hemphill, was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Dodge, identified as 17-year-old George Hentrigh of Buna and an 8-year-old child passenger, were transported to Baptist Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
