Buna ISD finds even more bats in the high school... This time in some of the classroom walls

In a press release Tuesday night, Buna ISD notified parents that more bats have been found inside the high school;

Buna ISD parents and families,

Late this evening, we were notified that there were more bats in BHS, located in the walls of specific classrooms in the math wing. They are isolated and contained to this area of the building only.

Beginning tomorrow, those classrooms are being sealed off, and students in those classes will be relocated to other parts of the building until the issue is resolved.

Please know we are following all the appropriate steps to ensure our students are safe and doing our very best to remedy this continuing issue.
