Brookeland Lady Cats Ready for State!

The Brookeland Lady Cat cross country team will be traveling to Round Rock for the state cross country meet on Thursday. This is the first time in school history that Brookeland has brought a team to compete. Years past we have had individuals qualify for the state meet. One standout is Taylar Strother who competed as a freshman in the state meet and will be returning for her senior year. Lady Cat Addison Murphy is a three year state qualifier as well. The Lady Cats have bright future ahead with the up and coming freshman Caylee Morgan, Paige Powell, Alivia Lopez, Kaelyn Strother, Kourtney Peveto, and Maddison Petty.

Race time is at 10:10 on Friday morning. Location is Old Settlers Park in Round Rock, Texas.
