10 am Beryl update

If you look really closely you can almost pick it out. Beryl is showing subtle signs of trying to strengthen this morning. The stronger this storm gets prior to landfall, the higher likelihood of this hugging the northern part of the current forecast cone, leading to more rainfall in Southeast Texas. 2-4 inches will be common but totals could be higher.
